The hotel is spotless, nestled in the lovely building with very efficient and especially helpfulstaff. Favourable location in an extremely comfortable area very close to other restaurants or pubs, the lovely Great Lines park and st Mary's island. Honestly nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The unit we got was quiet and perfect with comfortable beds, a 19 inch TV, as example.

Request a room away from the lift for a quieter experience, as some rooms can be noisy.

The staff were obliging, they made me feel welcome. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Medway Park. Visited few places in the centre, at a walking distance from the hotel.

great access to parks and local attractions for weekend explorers
I really appreciated howsuper clean and cozy my room was . The smooth check-in process made everything easy as a solo traveler, allowing me to quickly head out and explore nearby landmarks like Rochester Castle, just about 2.5 km away, and enjoy a lovely stroll at the picturesque Fort Amherst, only around 1.5 km from the hotel. The breakfast hours could be more accommodating for early risers.

Clean room, but drinks at the bar were overpriced and inconsistent.
